Dominoes BOGO Card


Dear 5th Grade Parents/Guardians,

5th Grade is an exciting year for our students as they say good-bye to Hunter’s Green Elementary and prepare for the next phase of middle school.  It’s also an exciting year for us as parents, as we make this a memorable time. Those memories take a little effort though, and we will be in need of some help this year.

Please refer back to this page for updates and information regarding your child’s class trip and year-end activities!


REMIND:  We use for communication.  You can TEXT @hge5th to 81010 to join our group and receive text messages with notifications, reminders, and important updates!

FLYERS:  We will send home our parent-to-parent correspondence on bright orange paper, so please look out for it in the backpacks.


CLASS TRIP: Thursday, March 12, 2020 to Universal Studios, Florida

YEAR-END CELEBRATION: Wednesday, May 27, 2020

  • These two events are planned by the PTA and 5thgrade parents.
  • Memory books are planned by and purchased through the Hunter’s Green Elementary PTA.


Students are individually responsible for the cost of their field trip and end-of year celebration. We are selling Domino’s “Delivering the Dough” buy-one-get-one FREE discount cards to help pay for the Field trip and class party!
• Our goal is for each student to sell at least 6 Domino’s cards. Each card contains 10 free pizzas and sells for only $10.00.

  • For every $60.00 collected, $54.00 will go directly to 5th grade expenses. To request additional cards, email
  • You are responsible for the cost of the cards. If you commit to selling 6 cards and do not turn $60, you will not be allowed to attend the class trip to Universal Studios.

The memory book at Hunter’s Green Elementary is a great tradition for our 5th graders. Students always enjoy reliving the school year through student and club portraits and photo highlights of the year, as well as signing each other’s books during the last week of school. Imagine their surprise when they see a Special Dedication from YOU!

There are a limited number of Dedication Spaces available on a first come, first served basis.

Reserve your spot and order your dedication now! $15 each

Dedications consist of a maximum 50-word message from you along with an optional picture of your choice. (Baby pictures are always a hit with the students!)


Send your typed dedication in an email with your photo attached to and submit your payment (cash or check payable to HGE PTA) in an envelope labeled 5TH GRADE DEDICATION along with your child’s name and teacher name to either your child’s teacher or the PTA mailbox in the main office. Orders are not considered complete until payment is received.

November 22, 2019: At least half ($40) of the field trip cost is due

December 6, 2019: Yearbook Dedications due

December 13, 2019: Fundraiser money is due

January 2020: Permission slips sent home and remaining balances will be due
